Trini Star To Bring Maybach Music To T&T

It is being billed as a concert that will never be forgotten. Only time will tell if that holds true as Rick Ross is carded to make his first appearance on our shores for Maybach Music (the concert). May 7th is the scheduled date for the event and the Hasley Crawford Stadium is the venue where Ross is carded to perform along with his entire Maybach Music Group. Other members of his performance entourage include underground acts such as Triple C’s, Wale, Pill, Meek Mill and Teedra Moses.
The promoter of the event (TriniStar Promotions) is excited about the prospect of Ross and his camp coming from Miami and look forward to a large turnout on the night. Floydy of TriniStar expects the event to attract close to ten thousand patrons since as he put it “Rick Ross is the hottest (hip-hop) act in the US and the world right now.”  
He added that patrons should not expect this to be just a hip-hop event as Rick Ross appeals to mainstream audiences as well.  “Ross is not just a hardcore rapper. He has songs for the females as well. He has crossed over into pop” said Floydy.
If Rick Ross’ female friendly tunes are not enough, local acts Jah Melody and Isasha should appeal to the fairer sex. Benjai is also on the cast of local acts to appear on the night which is set to feature a special guest act.
Floydy revealed that he has not yet finalized who the guest performer will be, but stated that it would be another big international artiste.
